Editorial note

For a small team that wants 100 monitors and alerts into SMS, Teams, PagerDuty and ntfy, Larm is a reasonable pick at $19 a month billed annually, with a status page on the entry plan. Oack lists the same 100 monitors and 60-second entry checks for $14, and DevHelm gives 75 monitors for $12 with a free tier of 50 monitors, well beyond Larm's 15. Domain Monitor never goes faster than 60 seconds, where Larm reaches 30 seconds on a higher plan. The caveats are annual billing, a higher price than either DevHelm or Oack, and a 0.19 USD cost per monitor against Oack's 0.14.
